** To receive a $500 check towards any EO event, the EO member must be actively processing with First Payment Services (FPS) and have processed for at least twelve months, with a minimum annual processing volume with FPS of $250,000. The EO member must send proof of EO event registration to: support@firstpaymentservices.com or fax the registration to 615-523-1691. Maximum benefit is $500 per EO member per twelve month period.
